3. Your Feelings Matter
You spend so much time listening to other people’s emotions that you sometimes ignore your own. While it’s wonderful to be compassionate, your feelings deserve the same attention and respect.
Don’t be afraid to say when you’re tired.
Don’t hide your emotions just to keep everyone else comfortable.
Most importantly, don’t apologize for feeling deeply.
Your sensitivity isn’t a weakness. In fact, it’s one of the reasons people trust you so easily. It allows you to understand situations that others often overlook.
At the same time, remember that protecting your emotional peace is just as important as supporting the people you love.
The right people will appreciate your honesty instead of judging it.
