Cancer – The Friend Who Uses Emotions to Influence You
Cancer may represent a completely different challenge for Libra.
Rather than openly competing with you, Cancer may influence you through emotions.
Whenever you establish a boundary, they may become hurt.
Whenever you say no, they may act disappointed.
Whenever you prioritize yourself, they may make you feel as though you’ve done something wrong.
Libra naturally dislikes conflict, and this is where the situation can become complicated.
You may find yourself apologizing simply to restore peace.
You may change your plans because you don’t want someone to feel bad.
You may even keep giving to a relationship that no longer feels balanced.
But Libra, keeping the peace at your own expense isn’t true harmony.
A healthy friendship allows both people to have boundaries.
You don’t have to constantly explain yourself.
You don’t have to say yes just because someone expects you to.
And you certainly don’t have to carry responsibility for another person’s emotions.
If Cancer truly cares about you, they will eventually respect your boundaries.
If they become increasingly distant or manipulative whenever you stand up for yourself, Libra may need to reconsider the balance in this friendship.
